K Space on Main is designed to give your event room to breathe, with a flexible setting that can be styled to feel personal, polished and uniquely yours.
Located in the heart of Andrews, SC, at the corner of Main Street and Morgan Avenue, K Space on Main offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open floor-plan space for celebrations, gatherings, meetings and community events.
A loveseat and couch can be arranged to create a comfortable lounge area. The venue also features kitchen access with a refrigerator and microwave, large restrooms, and two Thump N Go Bluetooth speakers with microphone hookup available upon request.
Need presentation or display capability? Our Sharp LED interactive display system is available for an additional charge, making it easy to share presentations, information, photos and other content with your audience.

What is the rental rate?
The full-day rental is $250 per day.
What is required to reserve my date?
A 50% deposit of the rental amount is required to lock in your date. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before your event.
How many guests can K Space accommodate?
K Space can accommodate up to 70 guests, depending on the event setup and use of the space. The rental includes 50 black folding chairs, with additional seating arrangements discussed as needed.
What is included with the rental?
Your rental includes 10 six-foot rectangular tables, 4 60-inch round tables, 50 black folding chairs, black or white linens upon request, kitchen access with a refrigerator and microwave, two Thump N Go Bluetooth speakers with microphone hookup upon request, 5 chafing dishes as requested, and fully functioning restrooms including one handicapped-accessible restroom.
Can I bring my own food or caterer?
Yes. You may use a licensed and insured caterer of your choice or bring self-prepared food for a more home-style experience.
Can I use the venue for presentations or meetings?
Absolutely. The open floor plan works well for meetings, workshops, trainings and presentations. The Sharp LED interactive display system is also available for an additional charge.
What add-ons are available?
Current add-ons include a photo booth and a 65-inch TV. Add-on pricing is confirmed with your booking details. Ask about additional options when you submit your request.
How do I book K Space?
Submit a booking request with your event details, preferred date and any add-ons you are interested in. We’ll follow up with availability and next steps.
How do I get access to the building on the day of my event?
Access into K Space is keyless entry. Twenty-four hours prior to your event, after your final payment is received, the renter will receive a code for access into the building through the Main Street entrance. The renter is responsible for sharing that code with any vendors they will be using. The code will be available throughout the day of the rental and will be deactivated by midnight on the day of the rental.
How can I make payment?
Payments are made electronically through our online payment system, HoneyBook. Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal are also available upon request.
Is there an onsite attendant?
No, there is not an onsite attendant. However, any questions or issues that arise can be addressed in a timely manner. If a problem arises during your rental, please call 843-264-0532 for support.
